Manchester United had some fresh faces amongst the first-team squad as the Red Devils prepare for the Brentford clash on Saturday.
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is in much need of a win with his side winless in the last five fixtures.
The Red Devils are 14th in the Premier League table and pressure is mounting on the former Ajax coach to turn results around.
United’s clash with Thomas Frank’s Brentford is the first game at Old Trafford since the 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
Frank is rumoured to be a leading candidate for the Manchester United job should the United hierarchy look to replace Ten Hag in the coming months.
The Brentford manager will be looking to impress in a possible Old Trafford audition, where he can showcase his coaching abilities to the footballing structure headed by Dan Ashworth.
Manchester United academy players train with the first-team ahead of Brentford clash

It has been a tradition for the academy players to train with the first team at United to gain experience and help their development at the club.
Previously Mainoo and Garnacho would have gained experience doing this and are now a major part of the first team squad under Ten Hag.
As the Red Devils stepped up their preparation for the return of Premier League action after the international break there were several new faces in training.
Academy stars Tyler Fredricson, Malachi Sharpe, Ashton Missin, Sam Mather, Ruben Curley, and Finley McAllister took part in first-team training.
