Suzanne Somers’ former Palm Springs home is up for sale.

Described as an “iconic magical oasis,” the home of the late actress and her husband Alan Hamel is priced at just under $9 million. The couple lived in it for decades before reluctantly downsizing a couple of years ago.

The property — which is made up of one main house and four villas — is nestled on 28 acres of land that’s minutes away from downtown Palm Springs.

The complete estate spans over 7,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Realtor Scott Lyle from the Compass Group boasts on Instagram that the spread includes lots of special touches like “intimate walkways,” “secret patios,” and a “lagoon-style pool.”

The outdoor space includes an amphitheater, hiking trails, and an old-fashioned bathtub with spectacular views of the desert.

In 2021, Page Six exclusively reported that Hamel and Somers listed the house that year for $8.5 million.

They had lived it in since 1977 but felt compelled to sell.

Somers told us, “It sold because I finally let it go — emotionally, spiritually and physically,” adding that the estate with over 100 stairs, “was not the right home anymore.”

The “Three’s Company” star died of breast cancer, last October a day before her 77th birthday.

The two had been married for nearly 50 years and had according to Somers’ rep, “rarely spent an hour apart in 55 years together.”

Hamel recently told Page Six that he believes Somers has visited him since her passing.

“Three things happened. The same day, that were very strange,” the producer told us.

First off, “a hummingbird flew into our house and made the rounds in the kitchen, and the living room and the dining room.”

The bird then “hovered” in front of a framed picture of Hamel and Somers in their breakfast nook, and “landed on top and stayed there.”

Hamel even snapped a pic of the bird.

After that, “the fireplace started all by itself,” and “some music came on by Suzanne’s favorite composer.”

What made it even stranger was that the composer was obscure: “No one’s ever heard of this guy,” Hamel explained.

He added that her presence comes to him before he’s about to fall asleep.

“I feel her laying beside me,” he exclusively told us.
