Tavion Heights made his return on WWE NXT.
On the September 10 episode of WWE NXT, Charlie Dempsey defended the NXT Heritage Cup against Je’Von Evans. They battled it out in a match that came down to the last round. Dempsey’s No Quarter Catch Crew stablemate Myles Borne got involved, but Cedric Alexander made the save for Evans. Heights then blindsided Evans and suplexed him, and Dempsey pinned him for the win.
Heights had been in Japan for the past several weeks, as he was competing in NOAH’s N-1 Victory Tournament. He last wrestled on NXT in July.
