Scarlet lipstick’s been the superstar’s beauty signature for well over a decade — but recently, Swift’s been switching things up with a warm cinnamon color that’s ideal for autumn.
After the Grammy winner wore the more muted matte hue on the VMAs 2024 red carpet and at the first Kansas City Chiefs game of the season, fans frantically tried to figure out her exact shade to no avail.

But on Tuesday, Swift’s longtime makeup artist, Lorrie Turk, hopped onto Instagram to set the record straight, confirming the elusive hue as Nars Morocco and adding that Swift’s “worn it for years.”

It’s not the only Nars bestseller in Swift’s beauty bag; the “Down Bad” singer has long been a fan of the brand’s Dragon Girl lip pencil, which conveniently also happens to be included in Nordstrom’s current beauty deals.
She’s name-checked the “vivid siren red” shade in several interviews over the years, and even showed off the pencil in a behind-the-scenes Instagram photo ahead the 2014 Met Gala.

And in a scene from her 2020 Netflix documentary, “Miss Americana,” Swift can be seen using a since-discontinued cheek palette that includes six Nars blush shades: Unlimited, Buzzed, Notorious, Kingpin, Bumpy Ride and Crave.
