Taylor Swift is going back to basics.
At Sunday’s 2024 Grammys, the superstar singer-songwriter shocked fans by announcing she’s got a brand-new album on the way — “The Tortured Poets Department,” out April 19 — and sharing the sultry cover art on social media.
As confirmed by Swift’s longtime stylist, Joseph Cassell, the black-and-white image features Swift lounging in bed wearing a tank top and high-waisted briefs from The Row, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s label.
A leader of the quiet luxury movement, The Row is famous for its four-figure cashmere sweaters, logo-less handbags and minimalist footwear — and while even the most devoted of Swifties couldn’t have predicted the surprise album reveal, the musician’s seemingly dropped several hints at her new project’s aesthetic in recent months.

And she attended the “Poor Things” premiere on Dec. 6 in a sleek black gown ($2,490 $996) from the Olsens’ luxe label.
She’s also been spotted wearing the brand’s bestselling zipped boots ($1,490) on several occasions, and has taken its blazers ($3,350 $1,675) sweaters ($1,550) and corduroy slacks ($990) for a spin.

The songstress also nodded to her multi-nominated “Midnights” album with her choker, which was fashioned from a vintage wristwatch set to 12 o’clock.
Swift scooped up two Grammys last night, winning for both best pop vocal performance and album of the year — and becoming the first artist in history to win the latter category four times.
