Taz was written out of AEW programming when the company announced that he was attacked in the parking lot ahead of the October 2 episode of AEW Dynamite. He later wrote that he would be out for a while, as he would be getting total knee replacement surgery.
AEW commentator Taz took to Twitter to share a post-op pic after he underwent knee replacement surgery. He wrote that the surgery went well, so now the work would begin.
As of this writing, there is no word on when Taz will return to AEW programming. WrestleZone wishes him well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
