Team BAD reunited at a football game recently, and were joined by stars from WWE and AEW.
The trio of Mercedes Moné, Tamina Snuka and Naomi teamed together at the dawn of the Women’s Revolution in the WWE. In 2015, WWE called Sasha Banks (Moné), Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair up from NXT. They helped kick off a new era for the Divas division.
Moné, Tamina and Naomi became known as Team BAD. The acronym stood for Beautiful and Dangerous, and enjoyed numerous high-quality matches with Team Bella and Team PCB.
The trio fizzled out after Summerslam 2015, but Team BAD have recently been seen together for the first time in years.
AEW star Leila Grey posted a series of photos on Twitter from the recent San Francisco 49ers game. They lost to the LA Rams, but it was the people in the photo that caught the eye of fans.
The snap showed a mix of AEW and WWE stars enjoying the game. Team BAD’s Mercedes Moné, Tamina Snuka and Naomi reunited, being joined by Bayley and Leila Grey.
While this is the first time in a while Team BAD have been seen together, seeing Mercedes Moné and Bayley together is not an uncommon sight.
The pair trained with The Amazing Red in New York City this summer, despite working for rival companies.
Bayley also appeared with Naomi at AEW Dynamite in March. This was to support Mercedes Moné in her debut in AEW, at the aptly named “Big Business” event.
