Tears as actor Baba Gbenro is buried in Oyo

Famous Nigerian gospel film actor and producer Moses Korede Are, widely known as Baba Gbenro, who died at age 65, has been laid to rest amidst tears.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) recalls that Baba Gbenro died yesterday, November 14, 2024 after a prolonged battle with liver disease.

Photos of the burial ceremony which surfaced on social media captured family, friends and well- wishers paying their last respects to the late iconic gospel act.

In one of the pictures, the late actor’s casket, decorated with gold trimmings and floral arrangements, lies open.
