Kailyn Lowry finally shared the very first photo of her newborn twins, one week after giving birth to the baby boy and baby girl prematurely.
The “Teen Mom 2” alum made the reveal in a teaser for Friday’s episode of her “Barely Famous” podcast.
At the start of the clip, the 31-year-old displayed a photo of her two babies in the hospital.
In the image, the former reality TV star can be seen sitting in a chair while holding both infants who are swaddled in blankets and hooked up to separate incubators.
On her new podcast episode, Lowry revealed that her and boyfriend Elijah Scott’s twins spent several weeks in the NICU after they were born five weeks before their due date.
On the Friday episode of her “Barely famous” podcast, she said the twins spent several weeks in the hospital after they were born. He was 9 pounds, so that was different for us and got to go home shortly after,” the former MTV personality recalled, referring to her eldest son with Scott.

Lowry — who is now a mom of seven — recalled feeling upset that doctors weren’t giving her a clear answer about her newborn kids’ health issues.

“She never had any feeding cues and when I tried to feed her, she wouldn’t take a bottle. And that was really difficult because I’m looking at him, and [while] he’s in the NICU for some of the same reasons, but also he’s taking a bottle and he’s having no issue with that.”
“I cried a lot. I probably cried more with the NICU journey than the C-section stuff,” she added.

“I think that there’s a big difference between the twins in terms of, because she was in the NICU by herself for so long, for so many weeks, and he was home,” Lowry explained.
“She’s more OK by herself … whereas we were home with him and someone was always with him, holding him and all of that. Now that she’s home, I feel like my bonding experience [with her] has been so much better.”

She welcomed her eldest son, Isaac, now 14, with ex Jo Rivera that January.
She then went on to star in MTV’s “16 & Pregnant” spinoff, titled “Teen Mom 2,” for several years before she fully exited the franchise in 2022.
Along the way, Lowry gave birth to son Lincoln, 10, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin in 2013; sons Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez, in 2017 and 2020, respectively; and following her exit from the franchise, a boy named Rio, 1, with Scott.
