Most of them do not make the biggest impact, even if they have a lengthy career in a major company. Once they leave the spotlight they might not be heard from in a long time, but now we are hearing from a former WWE Superstar and not in the most positive way.

Former WWE Tag Team Champion Dennis Knight has made a post on Instagram, revealing some recent health issues. Knight, 55, said that he spent eight days in the hospital and 48 hours in the ICU due to what was thought to be a bowel obstruction. As he went in for surgery, doctors founded a shredded appendix, a hernia and more. Knight’s blood sugar was also far too high. There is no word on if Knight is still in the hospital.

Opinion: Well that could have been worse. What matters at the end of the day is Knight being healthy enough to make a post like this, as it seemed like he could have been in quite a bit of trouble otherwise. Hopefully everything is ok and his doctors can take care of his conditions, which thankfully seem to have been cleared up through his surgery. That’s a scary situation to suddenly run into and it could have had a much worse ending.
