AJ Auxerre formalized the arrival of a significant reinforcement this Tuesday.

A year and a half after his departure, Han-Noah Massengo returns to Auxerre. L’AJA

confirmed the arrival of the 23-year-old French midfielder this Tuesday.

Massengo, who belongs to Burnley, is on loan until the end of this 2024-25 season. The operation is accompanied by a purchase option, unlike the deal which was carried out during the 2022-23 financial year.

A reinforcement of weight for the middle of the AJA

After his stint two seasons ago, the former French Espoir international hopes to bring his enthusiasm and technical quality to a team which emerged as one of the great satisfactions of the first part of the season in Ligue 1. Appreciated by Auxerre supporters , Massengo has always proclaimed his attachment to the club.

For its part, the AJA will be able to count on a player with an impeccable state of mind, versatile, and already integrated into the environment. The return of Massengo anticipates the announced departure of Rayan Raveloson, in a sector where the Owusu-Danish pair has had a series of matches.
