Joan Vassos did things her own way during the Fantasy Suite episode of The Golden Bachelorette. As the reality star continues her hunt for love in the first-ever golden edition of The Bachelorette, she bonded with her three remaining suitors in the Fantasy Suite, a room that is known to get a little steamy, during the October 30 episode. However, her version of the Fantasy Suite went a little differently than previous ones. Keep reading to find out more… While on the Off the Vine podcast, Joan explained that she would not be getting intimate with any of her suitors in the suite. In fact, she didn’t even have a bed in the room. Joan said that she “certainly saw the need of having the off-camera time with people,” via Women’s Health. She added that she told the men “that we’re not doing the physical part of it.” She continued, saying, “It’s also maybe a little uncomfortable waking up with somebody in the morning that you haven’t had that much time with.” “Sleeping in the bed with them. That all felt a little uncomfortable to me,” Joan added. “I like the idea that if I chose somebody at the end, that he wouldn’t have to think of me having slept with the other guys.” While she wasn’t partaking in a sexy Fantasy Suite, Joan said, “I don’t judge anybody else for doing it. What’s good for them is fine. But it didn’t feel good to me.” It also wasn’t something her children wanted to see. She said that they were “mortified” by the idea. “They even think the name is disgusting. They’re like, ‘It’s just gross,’” she said. “They’re like, ‘Oh my God. That’s so gross to even think about that with you… Then we’ve all put some thoughts into viewers’ heads of what that looks like.” Find out which two men are still competing for Joan‘s love now that the episode is over!
