Veteran Yoruba movie actor Olushola Olanipekun, commonly known as Pariolodo, has disclosed how he enjoyed becoming recognized as an actor while also mentioning the amount he used to get paid for movie roles by actors and producers.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Oyinmomo TV during an interview, he made it known that he enjoyed fame as an actor, but actors and producers used to pay him 1,500 naira for movie roles.
In his statement, he said, “I have to give thanks to God for what he has done in my life because a lot of people recognized me as a famous actor, and they used to invite me to their houses. There was a time that somebody met me at a party, and the only thing he could offer me was a bottle of beer. I enjoyed fame as an actor, but actors and producers used to pay me 1,500 naira for movie roles.”
