Yinka Ayefele, a well-known Nigerian music producer and gospel singer, recently showed off his newly acquired mansion on social media, leaving many people salivating.
Sources claim that Yinka Ayefele, the owner of Fresh FM Ibadan, owns a magnificent residence worth over N10 billion, making it the most valuable property in the city.
The new Yinka Ayefele mansion screams absolutely nothing but luxury as the media mogul went ahead to show off the interior of his newly acquired mansion.
Funny enough, the mansion is not located in Lagos State as it is situated in Lagelu estate behind his music house.
As expected congratulatory messages have started pouring online as photos and videos of the mansion finally hit the internet leaving many tongues wagging. Report also has it that this will be his third house in Ibadan.
