The anticipated match between The Rock and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39 didn’t materialize due to The Great One’s extremely busy schedule, making it impossible for him to be physically prepared for the bout. That’s changing this year as the match will now be taking place at WrestleMania 40 and this ended up getting a ton of dislikes on YouTube.

The conclusion of this week’s WWE SmackDown was divisive, as The Rock confronted Roman Reigns. This took place after Cody Rhodes brought out the Hollywood megastar, apparently relinquishing his WrestleMania 40 title shot.

Fans are upset with this decision, as WWE’s top babyface was made to take a backseat to a part-timer once again. That is not all as fans simply became infuriated with the notion that Rhodes might not be finishing his story this year.

Fans let their feelings be known on YouTube, as they ended up flooding the full segment between The Rock and Roman Reigns with dislikes. At the moment, the video has a staggering 80K dislikes in 4 hours, with 73% being negative.

We’ll have to wait and see if The Rock will indeed face off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, as the general consensus suggests it’s currently not a favorable idea.
