This is news that should delight football fans in Spain. Renfe, the operator of the Spanish national railway network, announced in a press release, “that from this weekend it will offer all LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion matches of the 2024-2025 season on its AVE and Avlo trains, through the LaLiga TV channel“.

The matches will be broadcast via the “PlayRenfe” application, the free wifi and multimedia content service for Renfe’s AVE and Avlo trains. The match program can be consulted on renfe.com and on the LaLiga website» adds the company. Renfe is thus the only train operator to offer live coverage of all Spanish league matches. Enough, perhaps, to give some ideas to its European competitors.
