Tori Spelling revealed an ex-pal stole her and ex Dean McDermott’s sex tape and it was almost leaked to the public.

The reality star explained on Thursday’s episode of her “misSPELLING” podcast that she and McDermott decided to film one of their bedroom romps sometime during “the height” of their reality show “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” which aired from 2007 to 2012.

“He was filming a movie, came to visit me [in New York], and he was like, ‘Hey, let’s film ourselves having sex,’” she divulged to podcast guest Aubrey O’ Day.

“We had never done it before, you know, [even though we were] married for years.”

But the tape, which she claimed the couple never ended up watching, landed in the hands of someone McDermott “thought was a friend” when that person stayed at their house while they took their kids to Hawaii.

“We never locked our s–t up,” she confessed, saying that the recording was on a computer.

After the cheeky video was discovered, Dean’s friend took it to Vivid Video and attempted to sell it.

“[Vivid] actually contacted us and said, ‘We want to let you know we didn’t accept it,’” Tori explained. “I said, ‘Why? Were my angles not good?’”

Spelling ultimately admitted she regretted not releasing the tape.

“I don’t believe in regrets,” the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum said. “But I’m bummed I said no to Playboy and now at 51, I wish I had been on the cover of f–king Playboy!”

The mom of five, 51, added that she didn’t see any harm in the possibility, as she was “doing it with [her] husband.”

“I should have let that sex tape go out.”

Still, she and McDermott took the theft seriously and obtained a restraining order against the thief. “We got all of it back and everything,” she said.

Elsewhere on the podcast, Spelling sobbed over the loss of her nearly two decade-long union with McDermott. “I’m now 51 and single again with five kids,” she lamented to O’Day. “So, I don’t even know where I stand in the future.”

Spelling and McDermott married in 2006 and welcomed five children before filing for divorce in 2024. The actress famously called her ex during a previous podcast episode to inform him that she filed for divorce.

McDermott told Page Six in March 2024 that his addiction battle played a part in the breakup.

“The way I was running my life, the way I was running the show was not right,” he said at the time. “Not, good for anybody — myself, my family and Tori. It was a horrible way to live. So I finally surrendered and asked for help, and I got it.”

McDermott later went Instagram official with girlfriend Lily Calo in May 2024, while Spelling was most recently linked to Ryan Cramer in November 2023.

In a March episode of her podcast, Spelling complained about the difficulty of calling her ex-husband “Dean” instead of “babe” after 18 years of using the affectionate moniker.

“I’ve called him ‘babe’ for 20 years, so it is super hard to remind myself that like, ‘Oh, OK, you guys aren’t together anymore,’” she said.
