The Tonga Twins have left WOW: Women of Wrestling.
Kaoz & Kona are former tag team champions in the promotion and were regularly featured by WOW since their debut in the company in 2022.
The duo haven’t wrestled since WOW’s last event in December last year, which, as it turns out, was their final appearance for the promotion.
This is because the Tonga Twins recently announced on their Twitter account that they have left WOW. They are now free agents, and are not happy with how the promotion treated them.
Kaoz, who is also known as Steff MK, took to Twitter to make the announcement. She claimed that the Tonga Twins will no longer be part of WOW because they “spoke up”, although they did not reveal what about.
She claimed that the promotion are “So evil”, and even ended the post by saying “#FuckWOW”.
“We will be speaking out soon, but for now will leave it here. To all the women who are scared to speak up, we stand for you! You will no longer see us on WOW because we spoke up! You can’t do this to GOOD PEOPLE WHO SACRIFICE FOR THEIR FAMILY!! So evil. Mess with us, you mess with our kids and family and that’s PERSONAL. Wait on it… Tonga Twins are now free agents!!!!! The marathon continues. – Tonga Twins is us. #FuckWOW”
Kona, also known as Ashley MK, replied to the post. She said it is “time for the next run”, indicating a big future for the pair.
“To my kids mommy sorry!! Time for the next run my sis “
The Tonga Twins could show up in AEW, where they wrestled on AEW Dark in 2021 as the MK Twins.
