A great striker in world football has made a strong choice for his career.
This is a transfer that cannot leave football fans indifferent: Radamel Falcao makes his big return to the South American continent. The Colombian striker has chosen to return home by signing with the Millonarios this Thursday.
“All the games I play here will be special because I have never played in Colombian clubs, Falcao explained. I will fully immerse myself in this atmosphere and enjoy this adventure in the best possible way.”
Falcao’s ambition
Despite his 38 years, Falcao hopes to return to the Colombian selection, finalist of the last Copa America. My priority is to do my best and, if things go well, I might have a better chance of returning to the national team. I will give my all every day, do my best to make the results come and if everything goes well, I will be able to wear the national team jersey again.“, concluded the goal scorer on ESPN Colombia.
As a reminder, Radamel Falcao had been trained at Millonarios but had never played in Colombia during his professional career. Launched at River Plate in Argentina, the one nicknamed El Tigre then flew to Europe, where he attended many championships, from FC Porto to Rayo Vallecano, via Atlético de Madrid, Monaco, Manchester United, Chelsea or Galatasaray.
