A trending picture of an old man who gets married to a very young girl has sparked an outraged reaction on social media .
The pictures show that he got married, and they were both legally married and tied the nut traditionally, though people thought they were Hausa, but taking a close look at the pictures, they are Yoruba.
We did not get to the state where the issue happened exactly, but it’s Yoruba land, and people are furious. That is why the family of the small girl allowed her to marry such an elderly man.
Netizens reacted to the picture saying that this is why our country is not progressing because of the way people do things.
