Marcus Thuram is shining this season in the Inter Milan jersey. While his teammate in attack, Lautaro Martinez, is going through a more delicate period, the French striker manages to do well.

For his second season with the Lombard club, the former member of Borussia Mönchengladbach displays good statistics. With 12 goals and 6 assists in 16 Serie A matches, he is on course to surpass his total from the previous season. A record which testifies to his perfect acclimatization with the Nerazzurri.

No departure without Inter’s agreement for Thuram

If a departure is not on the agenda for Thuram, he makes a point of adopting a diplomatic approach in the event of a future transfer. Despite the presence of a release clause set at 85 million euros within his contract running until June 2028, the Blues center forward favors dialogue above all.

“Whatever happens, there is no question of going through a clause. I will always prioritize discussion with my club. And I’m very good in this club”, he said this Friday in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.
