Tiffany Haddish is allowed on the road – and behind the wheel – despite ending 2023 with a DUI arrest.

“I still have a valid drivers license,” she assured her Instagram followers on Sunday as she prepared for a stand-up show in San Diego.

“You know, in the state of California when you really get a for real DUI, they suspend your license when you blow over the limit… but if you’re not over the limit, your license is valid,” she explained. “My license is not suspended. It’s very valid, very, very valid.”

Haddish was arrested hours after performing a late night comedy show on Thanksgiving day last year. A watch commander for the Beverly Hills Police Department told us that officers responded to a driver “asleep behind the wheel” on the road.

She has since joked about the incident during her comedy sets. On Sunday’s Instagram Live, Haddish admitted that her driving rights were “restricted for only four days.”

Haddish also said she’s been suffering from endometriosis and checked into the Hippocrates Wellness Center in Florida at the top of the year. She’s been sticking to the program’s strict diet of raw vegetables and fruit to help with her condition.

“If it’s still hurting after two months, I’ll be back to the meats,” she said.

She’s also noticed a flatter tummy and chiseled jaw line since going raw. “If I keep looking fine as hell, I might just stick to it,” she quipped.

The “Girls Trip” star, who is set to release her second book, “I Curse You with Joy” this spring has also cut out booze and marijuana.
