Miyu Yamashita and Maki Itoh officially became two-time Princess Tag Team Champions following their victory over Daisy Monkey in the semi-main event match. The last time the 121000000 tag partners held the tag belts was back in March of 2023 in a short 13-day reign. Meanwhile, Daisy Monkey’s Suzume and Arisu Endo capped off their first tag title run with two successful defenses under their belt.
On the other hand, Princess of Princess Champion Miu Watanabe successfully defended her title for the fourth time this reign. She spoke to the backstage press to express feelings of self-doubt during the match against her challenger, Ryo Mizunami.
Watanabe felt that Ryo came into the match in a different position compared to their previous encounter as this was her challenger’s reward for winning this year’s Tokyo Princess Cup. Regardless, she promised to continue dominating TJPW as the top champion and bring the promotion to greater heights.
