He’s in. There have been all kinds of major signings to AEW, with the biggest often being former WWE names coming over. Some of those names are stars who never got the chance to break through to the next level and it makes things all the more interesting. According to Fightful Select, Ricochet has signed a deal with AEW and could be debuting with the company as soon as this weekend’s All In event. Ricochet left WWE earlier this year when his contract expired, allowing him to sign anywhere he chose. A former United States and Intercontinental Champion in WWE, Ricochet has not wrestled since June 7, when he lost the WWE Speed Title to Andrade.

Opinion: This has felt more like a matter of when rather than if, as Ricochet going to AEW makes all the sense in the world. He has had a nice run in WWE and now he is getting the chance to showcase himself in another place which might suit his talents that much more. I could go for seeing what Ricochet can do in AEW and now it seems like we are going to be seeing where it goes.

What do you think of Ricochet? How will he do in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
