Jill Martin’s marriage is over, Page Six has learned.

The “Today” lifestyle contributor and her financier husband of two years, Erik Brooks, have filed for divorce.

A spokesperson for Martin told us they filed at the beginning of August and “are nearly done with the process” already.

The spokesperson added that “because there are families involved, and the past year has been so earth-shattering for Jill, she plans for this to be her only acknowledgement.”

Martin and Brooks met on a dating app, but it’s been a bumpy ride.

They first got engaged in 2019, with the TV personality telling us at the time that she was “over the moon.”

But that engagement was short-lived. They called it off and split up a year later after the COVID-19 pandemic forced them to live in separate cities.

“Erik is the most magnificent person, but with him living in Boston with his children, and me living in New York, the distance just became too difficult for us to maintain the kind of relationship that’s important to us both,” Martin said then.

But she called him up after spending 18 months apart and the engagement ring was back on her finger by fall of 2021. They finally made it down the aisle the following year, exchanging vows in front of 200 friends and family at the New York Public Library.

Then the couple faced devastating news when Martin revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer, three months shy of their first wedding anniversary. “Honestly, I am doing OK. I have a loving husband, amazing family and friends and an incredible support system,” she wrote in an essay for Today.com, a month after learning of her diagnosis.

Martin has since documented her treatment including a double mastectomy and chemotherapy.

Amid the divorce, “she is concentrating on her health and being an amazing daughter, friend and new aunt,” Martin’s spokesperson said.

Martin is now cancer free. She has completed all of her planned surgeries, and she’ll be taking medication for 7 to 10 years, we’re told.

On Thursday, she will co-host the third hour of “Today,” and return to co-host on Friday. She’ll kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month with a big announcement on the hit morning show on October 1.

“She wants to make sure no other family has to go through what hers did. She cannot thank everyone for all the messages of strength and support. She is excited for new beginnings, including a new company launching this month,” her rep said.
