Tom Sandoval rejected Ariana Madix’s request to sell their shared home after she sued him for refusing to give up their sprawling $2 million Los Angeles property.

Court documents obtained by Page Six reveal that Sandoval responded to Madix’s filing Friday, claiming she failed to disclose “sufficient facts to state a cause of action against” him when she submitted the lawsuit last month.

Per the Los Angeles court filing, the “Vanderpump Rules” star further claimed his ex-girlfriend/co-star also “failed to mitigate whatever damages” she’s “suffered” in her documents, adding she didn’t perform “reasonably and in good faith.”

In the event the court sides with Madix to partition the property, Sandoval requested to “receive accounting and compensatory adjustments” for any repairs and improvements he’s made to increase the value of the home, the documents read.

The “Dancing with the Stars” alum, 38, initially filed the lawsuit on Jan. 5. to force Sandoval, 40, to give up the property by ordering a “partition by sale,” which would call for a court order to sell the home.

She requested the proceeds be split between her and the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman but doesn’t want a “division in kind” that would force her to find someone to buy her share of the property and co-own it with her ex.

Madix — who purchased the Valley Village home with Sandoval in 2019 — has been pushing to sell the property for months following the singer’s months-long affair with their former “VPR” co-star Raquel Leviss.

However, if the court decided to “partition” the property he requested to “receive accounting and compensatory adjustments” for improvements he made to the home. Bravo

Sandoval recently opened up about living with Madix post-Scandoval, alleging she didn’t pay any bills for about eight months.

“My bank account was literally overdrawn. Dude, Ariana hadn’t paid any of the bills for, like, f–king eight months, man,” he said on “VPR” earlier this month.

He further said he was forced to move around money from his several bank accounts to avoid potential eviction.

“I’ve been pretty much paying for everything out of all my accounts. Mortgage, gardener, cleaning, utilities, everything. It’s kind of like pulling teeth to get Ariana to pay me back,” Sandoval continued.

Later in the episode, Madix claimed Sandoval offered to pay her out of her share of the property, but she wasn’t willing to move out and allow him to keep the house after he betrayed her.
