Tom Sandoval admitted he battled with thoughts of suicide after his affair with Raquel Leviss was exposed.

During Tuesday’s episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” the reality star got candid about the decline of his mental health post-Scandoval as his co-stars kept “f–king dragging [his] name through the dirt.”

“I battle with f–king suicide,” Sandoval, 40, admitted to Lisa Vanderpump in this week’s episode, which was filmed last July.

“I was hanging on by a thread. Your walls start closing in. You can’t see outside of, like, the hurt, the pain,” he continued in a confessional.

“You can’t dream about better days. I was getting to the point where I felt like, what’s the f–king point?”

Vanderpump was taken aback by Sandoval’s confession, telling cameras she told the singer in March 2023 to let her know if he ever struggled with suicidal feelings following news of the bombshell cheating scandal.

“Tom Sandoval assured me after the reunion when I called him on the car on the way home. I said, ‘You promise me, Tom. If ever you have any thoughts like that.’ He said, ‘I’m not that person. I wouldn’t do that,” she explained.

“So to hear him say he’s had those thoughts and he didn’t call me, that scares the f–king living daylights out of me. After losing my only sibling to suicide, I can’t hear that and do nothing about it.”

Vanderpump, 63, later went to talk with co-star Tom Schwartz — who also attended the gathering — to chat about Sandoval’s “dark thoughts.”

“He was so low that he actually said, ‘I’ve had some really dark thoughts,'” she explained.

“When I hear that, that scares the life out of me, because my brother said a similar thing to me, and then, suddenly, it’s too late,” Vanderpump continued.

She then asked Schwartz to gather the rest of the cast for a trip to Lake Tahoe to “try and help change this whole narrative.”

However, the group wasn’t receptive to the idea with Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, 38, showing no remorse as she claimed her ex “destroyed” his support system himself.

Sandoval and Madix were in a nine-year relationship before he cheated on her with Leviss, 29.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum found out about the “months-long” affair when an inappropriate video of the former beauty queen popped up on Sandoval’s phone in March 2023.
