According to All Elite Wrestling, Tony Khan has suffered multiple head and neck injuries and is unable to travel due to the attack he suffered at the hands of The Young Bucks last week.
Khan — who appeared prior to tonight’s episode of AEW Collision to address the fans — will be forced to miss All Elite Wrestling shows as they travel to Winnipeg and across the country. The news came during a brief moment on tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, where the commentary team confirmed the news.
“Tony Khan had suffered multiple head and neck injuries,” said Tony Schiavone. “And I talked with him today, and he tells me that he feels very blessed and very happy that he is still able to work…however, doctors have advised Tony Khan that he cannot travel. But he’ll be able to run AEW as we travel.”
The Young Bucks attacked Tony Khan with a TK Driver in the closing moments of the April 24 episode of AEW Dynamite. The AEO CEO has since made multiple appearances on NFL programming while wearing a neck brace.
