Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly contacted Shakhtar Donetsk’s Georgiy Sudakov but will face stiff competition from Premier League rivals.
After a disappointing end to their campaign, Spurs fans will now be turning their attention to the upcoming summer transfer window as Ange Postecoglou looks to bolster his squad.
Like most sides this season, Spurs were hit with several devastating injury blows that highlighted the areas of the squad which need to be addressed the most.

According to a report from the Express, Spurs have identified Ukrainian midfielder Sudakov as the perfect player to fill this spot.
The 21-year-old has been a standout in the Premier Liga in Ukraine, registering six goals and four assists as well as starring in his side’s Champions League campaign.
His performances this season have caught the eye of several top European sides with Napoli reportedly submitting a £34 million bid for the player.
The report claims that both Spurs and Chelsea held talks over the signing with Shakhtar holding out for over £43 million for their young star.
