Racing Club de Lens is entering a new era. Exit Franck Haise, who has left for OGC Nice, it is now Wil Still who will guide the new Lens project for the coming seasons. The former Reims player intends to mark his territory from his first season.

In order to hope to return to the forefront of the European scene, RC Lens wants to achieve a quality transfer window. According to information from the Twitter account (X) Brest On Airthe Lens club would have set its sights on a Stade Brestois prospect, namely Ludovic Ajorque. The Blood and Gold would have made a higher bid for the player and would have a chance of winning the prize.

Ludovic Ajorque is a striker well known by Ligue 1 teams. The 30-year-old Frenchman wore the colors of Racing Club de Strasbourg from 2018 to 2023 before flying to Germany to Mainz.

After this German experience, the Frenchman wants to return to the elite. Under contract until June 2026 with Mainz, he should not be retained by the club in the event of an offer. A sum between 4 and 5 million euros should be enough.
