A media representative for the Miami-Dade police department did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request.

Local news outlet WSVN reported that Scott, 33, was on a charter boat in the Miami Beach Marina when the owner of the boat called police requesting Scott leave the boat between midnight and 1 a.m.

“He was drunk, causing a disturbance and asked to leave multiple times,” a Miami Police Department representative told the outlet.

Police further told the outlet that Scott “became irate screaming profanities, left and returned to disturb some more.”
