Trick Williams Appears on 1/26 WWE SmackDown to Save Carmelo Hayes

For the past few weeks, Carmelo Hayes has been showing up on WWE SmackDown. It all started when he participated in the United States Championship Tournament.

Following that performance, Carmelo Hayes kept making appearances on the blue brand. He recently got into a confrontation with Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. This resulted in a match being set up between the two men a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately, the match failed to produce a winner has Theory hurt himself badly resulting in a referee stoppage. The following week on SmackDown, a rematch was made official between both of them.

Tonight on SmackDown, Hayes got his chance to beat Austin Theory. Both men put on an exciting back-and-forth contest that ended with Theory picking up the win after grabbing Hayes’ tights. When Hayes was trying to plead his case with the referee. He was ambushed by Waller and they continued to attack.

Just then Trick Williams came out to make the save for his best friend and tag team partner. He chased away Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Following the save, Trick told Hayes that he saved him because they have a title match this weekend. It looks like this feud may be far from over between these two men.
