Trick Williams scored a major win at NXT Stand & Deliver.

Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes made history at NXT Stand & Deliver as their match marked the first time that two Black men main-evented an NXT premium live event. The crowd was electric for the grudge match between the former friends and tag team partners.

Hayes and Williams brawled into the crowd, as it was clear that the match would have relaxed rules. Thr two stars went back and forth and showcased their impressive athleticism in a thrilling bout. Hayes took flight with a springboard dive to the outside.

The match then broke down in chaos. Williams accidentally took out the referee. Hayes got a chair, but Williams used it on him. Carmelo then hit Williams below the belt and dropped the referee. Hayes floored Williams with Nothing But Net, but Williams kicked out. In the end, the referee took the chair from Hayes, and Williams hit his signature knee strike for the win. Williams then celebrated as the show came to an end.
