Triple H reacts to Drew McIntyre and CM Punk’s Hell In A Cell match
“Drew McIntyre and CM Punk just put on a classic and a clinic, and did it in a way that… Sort of what that is supposed to be. It’s what Hell in a Cell is supposed to be. It is supposed to be the end of a… When you cannot take each other any further, when the point of conflict has gotten to where it has no place else to go, you put it in Hell in a Cell. And two guys finish it there. And when I look at that match, that’s what they did.”
Triple H said it wasn’t just about doing high spots, like diving off of the Cell. This match was about two men who hated each other, and the Cell was the only way to solve it.
“And it is what it’s supposed to be and they delivered a classic. All-time classic. Happy for both of them. Though, I am sure it will be a long couple of days as they are recovering from what they went through. They put their bodies on the line for us all tonight and I’m thankful for them for that,” Triple H said.
