When asked when The Rock will come back after WWE Bad Blood, Triple H says “The Final Boss” does what he wants.
Speaking at the WWE Bad Blood Post-Show Press Conference, Rick Ucchino of Sports Illustrated asked Triple H about The Rock’s return and when fans might see him again.
“I think the key word there was as he pleases. [Laughs],” he said. “The Rock’s The Rock, and he’s going to be able to do, I think you saw that last time The Final Boss was here, that whether we were on the air, off the air, still rolling cameras, not rolling cameras, he kind of does what he wants to do when he wants to do it. That’s the cool thing about being The Final Boss, I think, and he has that. He’s The Rock. He can do what he wants to do.
“Having The Rock in your quiver is pretty cool. Again, embarrassment of riches. We have so much stuff. When you have a moment like that with The Rock, it’s wonderful to see, and where does it go from here? It can go anywhere, and that’s the beauty of it.”
