Grayson Waller and Austin Theory received new titles on WWE SmackDown.
At WWE WrestleMania 40, both sets of tag team titles changed hands in the Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder Match. Grayson Waller and Austin Theory captured the SmackDown Tag Team Championship, while Awesome Truth took home the RAW Tag Team Championship. On the April 15 episode of WWE RAW, Triple H and Adam Pearce presented Awesome Truth with the new World Tag Team Championship.

A four-way match then determined the next challengers for Waller and Theory. The Street Profits faced Authors of Pain, New Catch Republic, and Legado del Fantasma.
