Tristan Thompson shares rare pics of son Prince, 7, months after claims NBA star ‘ignores’ his eldest child

Tristan Thompson is a proud father.

The NBA player shared rare photos of his 7-year-old son Prince, whom he shares with his ex Jordan Craig, heading back to school on Friday — several months after Thompson was accused of “ignoring” his eldest son.

Thompson wore a black and grey sweatsuit which he accessorized with some white Nike sneakers and socks. He finished the look with a pair of dark shades.

Prince matched his father’s shoes while wearing a beige Essentials set.

Thompson, who also shares two kids — True, 5, and Tatum, 1 — with Khloé Kardashian, was accused of neglecting Prince by Jordan’s sister, Kai Craig. She claimed that not only was the NBA champion absent from his son’s life physically, but he also stopped paying child support.

“It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister’s privacy. I haven’t for over 7 years, but this is just too much,” Kai wrote in a lengthy statement on Instagram at the time.

“It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince.”

Kai’s comments came shortly after Kim Kardashian praised Thompson for his role as a father on an episode of “The Kardashians.”

“It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good like Dad, but he just couldn’t get it together in that area, of like being a faithful boyfriend,” Kardashian continued, noting how she “obviously” would like to hate him for how the father of four has cheated on her sister in the past.

“But he’s also shown so many decent things and just has been a really good person and friend. When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up,” she continued.

Prior to Friday’s photo, Thompson also spent some bonding time with Prince over the Fourth of July holiday.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player shared another rare photo of the duo smiling and making funny faces while at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“Lunch date with my Prince,” he captioned the collection of photos.
