 'I'm So Happy For Her'

Troye Sivan wears a sheer look on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 2) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old singer was seen arriving with longtime friend and collaborator Leland, as their song “Got Me Started” was nominated for Best Dance Pop Recording.

Troye is actually the only person to be nominated in the category two years in a row, since it was first introduced last year. He was also the only male artist nominated.

Unfortunately, he lost out to another of his good friends and collaborators, Charli XCX, for her song “Von Dutch.”

On the carpet, he reacted to losing to Charli during an interview.

“I already lost… I lost to Charli XCX. It’s okay,” he told ET. “I’m so happy for her. This is like the best night of my life. But, um, no. I mean, honestly, to be nominated it’s like something that is for three-year-old me. This is what I wanted for as long as I could remember. So, it’s really nice.”

FYI: Troye wore a Prada periwinkle silk organza suit with silk organza shirt, purple crepe de chine scarf and black brushed leather lace-ups. He accessorized with David Yurman jewelry.
