Donald Trump’s legal eagle Alina Habba was seen celebrating her 40th birthday in St. Barts over the weekend, spies told us — complete with party favor sun hats that said “Habba Nice Day” for close pals.
We hear Habba headed to the tropical island that’s a favorite for billionaires and celebs before celebrating Trump’s last-minute legal victory on Monday, when a state appeals court ruled he could post a drastically reduced bond of $175 million in his civil fraud case.
The onetime fashion exec was seen with friends at the upscale island eatery Bonito on Sunday, where she was presented with a cake with sparklers, we hear.

But pals said that she ”worked every day” on vacay, “she’s a workaholic,” a source said, and Habba was back in Palm Beach, Fla., by Monday to appear on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” to tout Trump’s legal win.
At the Bonito valet she was seen being helped into a chauffeured car by two men, and a source explained that earlier in the day at the beach, “Alina got hurt when a shard of glass went into her foot!”
The injury was painful enough that she had to trade in her usual heels for flip flops at her birthday dinner.
