Trump Says He Won't Do Another Debate With Kamala Harris Because He 'Clearly' Won in Polls, Does Not Cite Which Ones

Donald Trump isn’t willing to face-off with Kamala Harris again.

The 78-year-old former President of the United States spoke out on Truth Social regarding the possibility of doing another debate after debating President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, writing: “There will be no third debate!”

“When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are, ‘I WANT A REMATCH.’ Polls clearly show that I won the Debate against Comrade Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ Radical Left Candidate, on Tuesday night, and she immediately called for a Second Debate,” he wrote.

It is unclear which polls Trump is referring to, as many major polls indicted otherwise: a poll from CNN showed that 63% of registered voters said Harris beat Trump, while YouGov showed Harris 23 points above Trump, via Variety.

The two had not previously agreed to have another debate, but Trump previously wrote this year on Truth Social while still campaigning against Biden: “It is important, for the Good of our Country, that Joe Biden and I Debate Issues that are so vital to America, and the American People. Therefore, I am calling for Debates, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, ANYPLACE! The Debates can be run by the Corrupt DNC, or their Subsidiary, the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD). I look forward to receiving a response. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
