Tuchel brought Bayern the German title last season. But since then, he hasn’t really lived up to expectations. His training is found 2e in the Bundesliga standings, behind Bayer Leverkusen. There was also the elimination suffered in the cup against a team of 3e division, which caused a serious stain.
Beyond sporting results, Tuchel was also noted for his conflictual relationship with the hierarchy. He does not agree with the management of the transfer window and players at the end of their contract. Recently, he complained about the way he is treated in his country, also regretting his time in England. Words which perhaps caused a definitive break with his board.
