WWE is moving fast-paced ahead to its next Premium Live Event, WWE Bad Blood, set to take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, with two matches added to the card on the September 9 edition of RAW.
On tonight’s show, it was announced that Liv Morgan would defend her WWE Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley in their rematch from SummerSlam. Morgan believed that she had ended Rhea Ripley after putting her on the shelf, taking her title and even snatching Dominik Mysterio from her.
However, with Rhea having a much clearer vision of his friends and enemies this time, The Eradicator would surely have a different game plan for this title rematch. On the other hand, Finn Balor came out on Monday Night RAW this week to call out his former Judgment Day cohort, Damian Priest.
Balor wasted no time in challenging Priest to a match at WWE Bad Blood, which he accepted. Following that, the rest of the new Judgment Day, JD McDonagh, Carlito and Dominik Mysterio came out to attack Priest. While Rhea also came out to help her terror twin, she was also attacked by Liv Morgan on her injured leg.
As Damian Priest tried to protect Rhea Ripley by taking Morgan’s chair shots on his back, their new ally, Jey Uso came down to the ring with a steel chair himself to fend off the attack and possibly hinting his alliance with the terror twins, cementing further as both Ripley and Priest are set for huge showdowns against their formidable rivals at WWE Bad Blood.
