The SCG will support among others-:

-Reviewing and updating the Education Sector Medium-Term Development Plan to align with national priorities.
-Enhancing national capacity for crisis-sensitive and resilient education sector planning to address emerging challenges.
-Supporting the development of Education Sector Performance Reports to improve accountability and monitoring.
-Building district-level capacity for data collection and analysis to enhance evidence-based decision-making.
Osama Makkawi, UNICEF Ghana Representative, emphasized the grant's significance.
He said "this GPE grant will be instrumental in strengthening key areas of Ghana's education system, including data utilization, gender-responsive programming, and inter-sectoral coordination. This will enable UNICEF to deliver quality education for every child."
