Video Killed the Radio Star
Deadline reports Luke Brandon Field (Interview with the Vampire) and Harriet Cains (Bridgerton) are attacked to star in Video Killed the Radio Star, a 1979-set horror film from director Brad Watson. The story is said to concern “a pirate radio DJ (Field) who accidentally unleashes a demonic force during his broadcast, turning the station into a battleground for humanity. As the supernatural threat spreads through the airwaves, the DJ and his assistant (Cains) must confront the horrors they’ve unleashed.”
Apartment 7A

The Deliverance
Netflix has released a trailer for The Deliverance, a supernatural horror film the streamer paid $65 million dollars to possess. Omar Epps, Demi Singleton, Miss Lawrence, Anthony B. Jenkins, Andra Day, Glenn Close, Mo’Nique, Aunjanue Ellis, Caleb McLaughlin and Tasha Smith star.
The Exorcism of St. Patrick
We also have a trailer for The Exorcism of St. Patrick, a horror movie about a haunted conversion camp.
Poker Face
Deadline reports Giancarlo Esposito, Katie Holmes, Gaby Hoffmann and Kumail Nanjiani have joined the second season of Poker Face in undisclosed roles.
Young Sherlock
Deadline also reports Colin Firth has joined the cast of Young Sherlock as a character named Sir Bucephalus Hodge.
Something Very Bad is Going to Happen
According to TV Line, Netflix is officially moving forward with Something Very Bad is Going to Happen, the latest series produced by Stranger Things creators, the Duffer Brothers. Showrun by Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities‘ Haley Z. Boston, the series is described as “an atmospheric horror series set at a wedding,” the story will concern “a bride and groom in the week leading up to their ill-fated nuptials.”
Area 51
Deadline also reports CBS ordered a pilot for Area 51, a single-camera comedy following “the humans and Aliens that work together at the country’s most mysterious place” from God Friended Me creators Steven Lilien and Bryan Wynbrandt, The Neighborhood writer-producer Laura Moran, and James Wan’s Atomic Monster.
