‘Vanderpump Rules’ cast’s houses: Where they live and how much they paid

The stars of “Vanderpump Rules” have ascended to the pinnacle of reality TV fame over the past decade.

In keeping with their growing bank accounts, several cast members now reside in lavish digs around Los Angeles.

Some of the properties have even been featured in storylines on the Bravo series, notably the home shared by exes Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix in the wake of their breakup.

Ariana Madix & Tom Sandoval

San Fernando Valley, $2.08 million

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s home has practically become a character on “Vanderpump Rules.”

The former couple purchased the Valley Village property for $2 million in 2019, years before Sandoval’s cheating scandal rocked their lives.

The modern farmhouse-style abode features a contemporary kitchen with white marble countertops and light wood flooring.

The equally lavish backyard boasts a large swimming pool with a water feature and several lounge chairs overlooking the yard’s lush landscaping.

In January 2024, Madix sued her ex to force the sale of their house and requested that they split the profits.

“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” Madix said in a February 2024 episode of the Bravo reality show.

A month later, Sandoval rejected the request.

James Kennedy

Burbank, $1.35 million

James Kennedy upgraded from an apartment to a million-dollar home in 2023.

He bought a $1.35 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch in Burbank, which he described as “a dream” during the Season 10 “Vanderpump Rules” reunion.

“It’s got a pool in the back, it’s got a dream studio to be in,” the DJ said of the 1,300-square-foot, single-story property in the heart of the San Fernando Valley.

Kennedy also noted that his girlfriend Ally Lewber was in the process of moving into the home, which was built in 1940 and recently refurbished.

Lala Kent

Palm Springs, $1.35 million

Lala Kent previously lived with her former fiancé and father of her daughter Ocean, Randall Emmett, in Bel Air.

After their 2021 split, the “Give Them Lala” podcast host moved into an apartment in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

“My mama lives with me now. She picked up her entire life from Utah, moved it to L.A., and she helps me raise Ocean,” Kent revealed in the TV special, “A Decade of Rumors and Lies.”

“My brother Easton felt a little bit left behind and he actually moved into the same complex,” she added.

Although it’s not clear whether she owns her apartment, Kent went on to purchase a 2,300-square-foot property in Palm Springs.

The home, which is directly next door to her co-star Scheana Shay’s house, cost $1.35 million when she bought it in 2023.

The pad, which backs onto a golf course, offers sweeping views of the mountains and features a pool and undercover lanai.

Scheana Shay

Palm Springs, $725,000

Scheana Shay purchased her Palm Springs vacation property for a relatively low $725,000 in 2019.

The “Good As Gold” singer shares the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with her husband, Brock Davies, and their daughter, Summer Moon, whom she welcomed in 2021.

The 1,900-square-foot dwelling is located on a golf course in the desert and features several luxe modern touches in the outdoor entertaining area, including an electric fireplace, a pool and spa and a large fire pit.

Lisa Vanderpump

Beverly Hills, $10.2 million

“Vanderpump Rules” matriarch Lisa Vanderpump lives in a luxurious Beverly Hills mansion.

She and her husband, Ken Todd, purchased the sprawling 8,800-square-foot property for $10.2 million in 2011.

The home, which boasts five bedrooms, features a pool overlooking the mountains, an opulent dining room and lush landscaping with plenty of room for her rescue dogs, miniature horses, swans, peacocks and fish.
