Vanessa & Nick Lachey Moving Out of Hawaii After CBS Cancels Her 'NCIS: Hawai'i' Series

The Lachey family is saying goodbye to Hawaii.

On Tuesday (August 13), Vanessa Lachey announced that she, husband Nick Lachey, and their three kids are leaving the islands and moving back to the mainland after CBS canceled her show NCIS: Hawai’i.

“Mahalo Nui Loa for 3 beautiful, magical years you gave me and my family!” Vanessa continued. “Now, on to the next adventure. Off into the sunset we go! #LacheyPartyOf5 #AlohaSpirit”

Vanessa and Nick, 50, have been married since 2011 and share three kids – sons Camden, 11, and Phoenix, 7, along with daughter Brooklyn, 9.

Back in April, CBS announced that they were cancelling NCIS: Hawai’i after three seasons.

Shortly after the cancellation, Vanessa – who made history as the franchise’s first female lead in the role of Jane Tennant – reacted to the news.

NCIS: Hawai’i isn’t the only show CBS has canceled so far this year.
