‘Very elegant’: Rasmus Hojlund reveals which United teammate instantly impressed him in training

Rasmus Hojlund has heaped praise on the Manchester United teammate who impressed him the most when he arrived at the club.

The 20-year-old signed on a £72million package deal from Atalanta in August in hopes of finally putting an end to the Red Devils’ longstanding striker woes, and while he’s not racked up the numbers fans likely hoped he would’ve at this stage of the season, they remain optimistic that he’ll flourish as he continues to settle to life in England.

Despite his young age, Hojlund has already nailed down a starting role for the 20-time champions, which just goes to show how highly Erik ten Hag rates his acquisition and trusts his goalscoring abilities.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Inside United, the Dane lifted the lid on the beginning of his United career and which players caught his eye when training together at Carrington.

“I think you can see Bruno [Fernandes], his touch. He is very elegant on the pitch and, especially, also in training. I mean he’s just, yeah, quality,” he said, as cited by ManUtd.com.
