Victoria Monét Drops Out of Governors Ball 2024 & More Music Festivals Amid 'Ongoing Health Issues'

Victoria Monét has canceled several upcoming performances.

In June, the 35-year-old Grammy-winning singer was scheduled to perform at several music festival including Governors Ball, Roots Picnic, and the Blavity House Party Music Festival.

However, on Monday (May 20), Victoria announced that she was canceling the upcoming appearances due to health issues.

Keep reading to find out more…“😢 I am gutted to share that I will no longer be able to perform at Governors Ball (NYC), Roots Picnic (Philadelphia) or Blavity (Nashville) this June,” Victoria wrote on her Instagram Story. “I am so sorry!! 💔

She continued, “Candidly I have been dealing with some ongoing health issues that have to be addressed right now, but I will be back out there soon, that’s a promise! Please know it wasn’t an easy call but it’s definitely for the best.”

Victoria then re-assured fans that “all other shows” she has set for the summer – including Broccoli City Festival in Washington D.C., Chicago’s Lollapalooza, and Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco – “are still moving forward as planned.”

She concluded her message by writing, “See you soon.”

Victoria did not go into further details about her health.
