It might be a bit. There are all kinds of ways to write a wrestler off of a television show, as there might be several reasons to get rid of them. Some of them could be a need to give them a rest or perhaps to freshen things up. There is always the chance that the move is part of a storyline and that very well may be the case again, as a wrestling legend appears to be taking a break from television.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Try Again: Former Backstage Executive And Wrestler Making Return To AEW

This week on AEW Dynamite, Nick Wayne interrupted a match between Adam Copeland and Daniel Garcia, where the winner would have earned a TNT Title match against Christian Cage. Following the match, Cage gave Copeland a Conchairto, which likely means the Copeland will be missing time from AEW TV. There is no word on when he is expected to make his return.
