Argentina claimed a 3-0 win over Chile on Thursday thanks to second half goals from Alexis Mac Allister, Julian Alvarez and Paulo Dybala.

After winning the Copa America earlier this summer, the win strengthens their grip on top of the South American World Cup qualifying phase.

Two Manchester United players featured in the 3-0 win over Chile, with Lisandro Martinez starting in defence and Alejandro Garnacho coming on after the break.

Dybala scored in stoppage time to seal the win, but Garnacho will be credited with the assist after cutting in from the left flank to find the Roma forward in a better position.

Like Garnacho, Dybala was brought on as a substitute wearing the famous no 10 shirt due to Lionel Messi’s absence.

Images are doing the rounds on social media of a young Garnacho wearing a Dybala shirt back in 2016. It shows that dreams can come true.

In 2016, Garnacho posed with a Dybala shirt. Today, he assisted him. Dreams come true 😍💭
